Good evening, distinguished guests, directors, shareholders, and all LinkCom partners at home and abroad.

Tonight marks our 2025 Year-End Banquet. On behalf of the company, I would like to first say to all our colleagues: thank you for your hard work.

This year, LinkCom officially enters its 38th year.

Here, I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to our shareholders for their support and trust over the past decade and more. Because of your confidence, LinkCom has been able to steadily deepen its technological capabilities and expand into new markets. Today, in addition to Taiwan and Mainland China, we have successfully established our presence in the United States, Europe, India, South Korea, and Japan. I firmly believe that even greater achievements await us in the global market.

I would also like to share a short story.

At last year’s shareholders’ meeting, a shareholder from Tainan kindly asked Mr. Hung (please stand up for a moment) to present me with a crystal artwork titled “Breaking Out of the Cocoon.” I was deeply moved when I received it. It reminded me that on this journey, we must never betray the trust placed in us.

From 2023 to 2025, we faced the impact of the pandemic, the U.S.–China technology conflict, currency fluctuations, and a highly uncertain external environment. Yet, the LinkCom team remained committed to moving toward public listing, because time never waits for anyone, and challenges are always reserved for those who are prepared.

Looking ahead to 2026, rising raw material costs for copper, tin, and silver, along with tight DRAM supply, will create inflationary pressure across the electronics industry. Even so, I firmly believe that the future belongs to companies that are well prepared.

Tonight, I would like to take this opportunity to announce LinkCom’s three major growth directions:

First, the core value of LAN network transformers for next-generation Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 8) is not merely higher speed, but greater stability, lower latency, and better suitability for AI, enterprise networks, and multi-device environments.
In addition, our 1kW high-power power modules will enter the AI server market, supporting high peak loads and enhancing system power stability. LinkCom will play an increasingly critical role in the AI supply chain.

Second, our wireless modules will continue to expand into broader applications—from sports and fitness and smart healthcare in the wellness industry, to entertainment devices, smart furniture, as well as electric tools, robotics, and smart doorbells.

Third, from components to modules and ultimately to branded products, we have evolved from communication magnetic components to power modules, wireless modules, and now INCORE finished products, continuously strengthening LinkCom’s core competitive value.

Life brings both joy and hardship, but it is always short. I cherish the youth and dedication of every colleague, and I deeply value every partner, customer, and supplier who has worked alongside us. Together, we will continue to cultivate LinkCom’s core values and become our customers’ most trusted strategic partner.
